Sehr gut
Das Hotel liegt wunderbar direkt am Ufer des Lac d'Annecy. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll gestalltet. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut.
Der erste Eindruck zählt... Erreicht man das Hotel, ist man von seinem Baustil schon mal sehr beeindruckt. Vor dem Gebäude ist eine außergewöhnliche Gartenanlage angelegt. Leider war diese nicht gepflegt und total mit Unkraut überwuchert. Das passte so gar nicht zum Gesamteindruck. Wahrscheinlich fehlt auch hier wieder Personal, wie es zu Zeit überall problematisch ist. Viel unangenehmer war, dass wir das Hotel kurz nach 20.30 Uhr erreichten und die Küche schon geschlossen hatte. Sehr nett wurde uns eine Planche, eine Platte mit Käse, Schinken und Brot angeboten. Dazu einen guten Wein... Perfekt... was will man mehr. Verstanden haben wir dann allerdings nicht, dass wir diese Mahlzeit nicht im Restaurant einehmen durften. Es waren nur wenige Tische besetzt, aber wir mussten an der Rezeption auf kleinen Clubsesselchen und wacklichen Beistelltischchen unser Abendessen einnehmen. Wir fühlten uns nicht sehr willkommen und irgendwie degradiert.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortable und blickte direkt auf den Garten und den See. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet! Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Alles super!
